2. Orders + Payments

    •    We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options.

    •    Orders are confirmed via email once payment is received.

    •    We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases of suspected fraud, supply issues, or pricing errors.

3. Shipping

We ship from Arizona using trusted carriers. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, season, and demand. Once your package is scanned by the carrier, it is out of our hands. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly.

4. No Returns or Refunds

Due to the consumable and handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order (such as breakage or the wrong item), please email us within 48 hours of receiving your package and we will do our best to make it right.
