All Sales Are Final.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. Due to the natural and personal nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once a product has left our hands.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at hello@altaitruth.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. We make everything in small batches to ensure freshness and quality. During high-demand periods, processing may take a little longer.
Shipping Methods:
We ship via trusted carriers like USPS. Shipping rates and delivery options are calculated at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times:
• USA: 3–7 business days
• International: Currently not shipping outside the U.S. (coming soon!)
Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Altai Truth is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered. Please contact the carrier directly if this occurs. If you believe your package was misdelivered, let us know—we’ll do our best to help.
Incorrect Address:
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
